To ensure we deliver flawless execution and focus our resources on active bookings, we operate under the following design standards:​

1. Requirements for Custom Proposals

   We do proposals when a live client inquiry is active. Custom proposal requests must be submitted with:

   • Travel Window: Month, year, or exact dates

   • Guest Details: Party size, rooming requirements, and interest profile

   • Target Budget: Established client budget framework

2. Speculative Work & Custom Design Fees

   • Live Client Request (With Budget & Dates + Clients names): €0 (Complimentary bespoke design)

   • Agency Marketing / Website Portfolio Request (No Live Client): €300 non-refundable design fee per custom route (credited back 100% upon final booking)
