Refund & Cancellation Policy (does not apply to charter):
An initial commitment deposit of €250 is required to reserve a position on the tour.
In the event that the minimum required tour occupancy is not achieved by March 1, 2027, the trip will be officially dissolved and 100% of the €250 deposit will be refunded directly back to the client's payment card.
Upon group confirmation in 1st March 2027, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold structural reservations, with the final remaining balance due exactly 55 days prior to departure (July 30, 2027).
